Blind pimples are the most painful ones because they are situated deep inside the skin. They are more difficult to get ridof too.

  • Taking medicines

If you are having hormonal imbalance issues and if that is what is causing the pimples, you need to take antibiotics after consulting with a dermatologist. Please do avoid self-medications in such cases. Also, increase your water intake as it will help to flush out toxins from your body.

  • Clean diet

Digestive disorders due to a bad diet can also result in pimples. Oily and junk food intake can cause acne, and it will increase the toxin build up in your body. For a clear skin, a clean diet is really important.

  • Salt water treatment

Make a solution by mixing some salt with purified water and apply it on your pimple using a cotton pad. Place the pad on your pimple for about 3 minutes and you will notice that the pimple has got flattened. Now if you want, you can wash your face and apply some honey over the pimple.

  • Ice cubes

Rubbing ice cubes on your pimple will also help to remove acne scars or to flatten your pimple. Do this for 15 minutes and you will see instant effects. Ice cube treatment is more effective than any other treatment when done at the beginning stage. If you are at a later stage, icing technique alone will not be very effective.

  • Aloe Vera gel

Aloe Vera gel is a wonderful remedy to control pimples.  If you can have some Aloe Vera plant in your home, making aloe vera gel would be quite easy. It is good to use pure aloe Vera gel instead of store bought ones. You can apply the gel directly on your face with freshly taken gel each time. You can also mix a little amount of honey and lemon juice along with the aloe get to have more effective results.

  • Clay mask

Clay mask is very effective in removing the redness caused by the pimple, and also, it helps in reducing the pain. Select a clay mask that has salicylic acid and glycolic acid in it.

  • Egg whites

Applying egg whites is a great home remedy for most of the skin problems like pimples, scars, skin tightening and more. For this, separate the egg white from the yolk and apply it on the pimples or acne. Leave the mixture for about an hour on your face. You can also mix lemon juice in this mixture for best results.

  • Cornstarch

Cornstarch will help to relieve the extreme red and painful pimples soon. Cornstarch is very gentle on your skin, and it is also preferable for sensitive skin. You can make the mixture by mixing cornstarch with a little water and apply on the face. Wash it after an hour and do this twice a week for quicker results.

  • Mint

Mint is a great medicinal plant that can purify deep clogged pores. You can mix 1 tablespoon of mint with fresh yogurt to treat painful pimples. Keep this on your face for 10 minutes and you can wash the face with normal water.

  • Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a very versatile spice that can be used as a treatment for many skincare and hair care issues. After cleaning your face, mix a teaspoon of fenugreek powder with some water and apply it on your face. Wash your face with lukewarm water when the mask gets dry. You can prepare fresh fenugreek powder each time by powdering fenugreek seeds.

  • Papaya

Papaya can also be used to get rid of your pimples. Plain raw papaya is a wonderful remedy for acne and scars. Mash the flesh of a fresh papaya and mix a tablespoon of honey to it and apply on the acne prone area of your face. Leave if for half an hour and rinse with lukewarm water. Papaya usually has a tendency to dry out your skin and that is why we are adding honey along with it. If you have extremely dry skin, you may need to moisturize your skin afterwards.

  • Orange peel

Oranges are refreshing, and they make an excellent acne remedy too. Orange peels contain cell enhancing properties that help in the growth of new cells, which makes your skin all fresh again. You can make the mask by drying the orange peels and powdering them to the desired consistency. If you want this mask to have the properties of a scrub, you need not grind them into a fine powder. Mix a tablespoon of orange peel with water to treat your acne.
