According to medical science, water has the capability to act as a remedy for different forms of diseases such as headaches, joint pains, etc. It may be worth mentioning that it is impossible to survive without consuming water. How many glasses of water in a gallon?
As mentioned above, it is a common saying to have a gallon of water every day. But are we aware of the physical meaning of a gallon? Consequences of not drinking enough water
There might be negative consequences if you do not consume plenty of drinking water. Some people may question the need to drink so much quantity of water. Well, the answer is simple. Inadequate quantity of potable water consumption will not allow the body to function at an optimum level. The body may suffer from dehydration that is going to affect the human system in a negative way.
Less consumption of drinking water will lower the formation of electrolytes in your system. This, in turn, will affect the total volume of blood present in your system. It may be worth mentioning that dehydration has negative consequences for the human brain affecting the supply of oxygen. This will result in dilation of the blood veins in humans.
The other adverse effects of lack of consumption of drinking water could be lightheadedness, confusion, drowsiness, dizziness and decrease of overall stamina of the body. The ability to concentrate on a given task or your profession will lower considerably. People with the habit of having less drinking water may experience frequent mood swings as well.
Medical science states that the formation of stones in the kidney is a result of having less quantity of drinking water. Inadequate amount of drinking water causes the build – up of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and oxalate. There is also increased build – up of uric acid in the human system. This build – ups may eventually form stones and finally settle down in the kidney of human beings.
Dehydration caused as a result of consumption of less drinking water also lowers the capability of the muscles in the body. Overall functioning of the muscles become inadequate. The ability of the body to burn fat also decreases. The body is not able to have the right kind of energy levels.
Therefore, it may be mentioned that people should have the adequate amount of drinking water to avoid critical complexions in the body and health.
