How to Fart on Command


We all get that urge to suddenly let go and release air out of our rectum, in other words fart. But some are more adept at it than others and are able to fart whenever possible. How is it that these people just need one signal and they can release these gases and you struggle to let even a tiny one out?

Well don’t worry, there are many ways you can learn how to fart on command and release that gas from your body. If you are trying to ward off any unwanted people you can always use this technique to fart on command and get rid of them with the noise and smell.


There is a way you can inhale air with your butt and release it when required. You can do this in the following manner.

First lie down on a flat surface and raise your legs up in the air right till your ears if possible. They should be on either side of your face. Now inhale as much air as you can through your butt by releasing the rectum and letting it take in air.

It may take a while but once you feel like your colon is inflating, you can suck in the air and then release this fart as loud as possible. You can also sit down and inhale air through your butt to fart. You should try whatever makes you most comfortable and remember practice makes perfect.


If you are not able to inhale air through your butt or if it is taking too much time, you can try some other methods to fart on command. These include:

Gorging on food rich in fibers

It may not be your favorite kind of food but fiber rich food like whole grains, undercooked vegetables and beans can make that gas build in your body. This is because the bacteria in the stomach that feeds off your food loves fiber-rich foods. They munch away on your food and then release these lovely gasses.

Gulp down those colas

Get started on those carbonated beverages like colas and soon you will be inflated like a balloon. This increases the carbon dioxide in the body and creates a lot of gas in your body and will allow you to release a fart on command.

Sensitive food

If you have a sensitive tummy and are averse to some kinds of food like artificial sweeteners, you should eat a bit of this to create these gases. But remember to have them in moderation or you could end up with a major stomach bug or food poisoning.


You can also increase the volume of your farts in the following manner:

Force it out

Yes, that’s right, at times you just have to force it out. Apply pressure on your abdominal muscles and build that fart. Try as hard as you can but make sure you have defeated already or it might not just be gas that comes out.

Get the right posture

Sometimes it’s all about the way you do it. Stand with your hips in neutral position or sit down on a flat surface and raise up one butt cheek and let go.


If you require more dramatic farts to create the perfect laughing moment in your friend or family group, you should moisturize your anus. This seals the air so that it cannot escape but also allows you to apply more force. Thus it creates a very loud and resounding sound as the anus release the fart and then reseals itself.

There you go! You now can literally be the butt of jokes by letting lose that majestic fart and creating the perfect smell and sound in a room. Eat food rich in fibers, get the right posture, drink a lot of carbonated beverages or just force it out!

  1. Whenever I’ve tried this method my colon usually opens up but I don’t feel any air come in. Is there any better way you can describe “sucking” the air in?

    • Perhaps your best option would be for you to practice. The best way to do anything is to practice in any what that you realize you want to try. If that way does not work, then try another way. Remain positive as you move forward.
