Pineal Gland Calcification

The pineal gland is often called the “third eye” of the body. The technical names are conarium or epiphysis. This gland is part of the endocrine system, and it’s found on the bottom of your brain, in the center area, on that vertebrae. If you could see it, you’d note that it is located just where the two hemispheres of your brain meet.

The responsibility of the pineal gland is the production of melatonin. This is an element related to serotonin, which provides your body with its wake/sleep schedule and its seasonal functions. The pineal gland may calcify as you become older, which causes calcium phosphate to develop around the gland. Happily for us, there are methods you can use to decalcify your gland and prevent the area from building up calcium phosphate again.

As we have noted above, the calcification of your pineal gland is more serious as you age. We’re not speaking in terms of your senior years, either. The calcification starts at a young age and many 17 year olds already experience heavy calcification symptoms in the pineal gland. An MRI will show a large area of calcium phosphate around the gland.

This process of calcification is brought on by your body’s constant exposure to fluoride and other substances that build up in your body as time passes. Some of the things that increase calcification include:

  • Excess sweeteners and sugar in the foods you eat
  • Food additives
  • Hormones
  • Public water supplies
  • Toothpaste

Decalcifying your Pineal Gland

Once your physician advises that you have pineal gland calcification occurring, you can take steps to reverse the current damage and prevent further calcification damage.

  1. Stop further Calcification of the Pineal Gland

To decalcify the pineal gland, you must be aware of the substances we mentioned above, which cause the problem, and then avoid them. Diet and lifestyle choices are the main contributors of calcification.

  • Calcium

If you consume a lot of calcium from overuse of supplements or processed foods, this adds to the calcium buildup in your body. Read ingredient labels on products you consume, so you don’t have excessive amounts of calcium in your diet.

  • Halides

Halides have substances including chlorine, fluoride and bromide, which the pineal gland attracts. This encourages the accumulation of calcium crystals. Fluoride is found in the water supplies of most communities, and in many dental products, including some brands of toothpaste. You can virtually eliminate halides by drinking bottled water and using dental products without fluoride.

  • Mercury

Mercury is a poisonous element and should be avoided, as it causes many negative effects on your health. Some vaccines include mercury, as do some fish, including tuna, shrimp or prawns. If you consume chlorella or spirulina, these will help in removing mercury from your brain and body tissue.

  • Pesticides

Chemicals in pesticides used for vegetables or meat may be toxic for your pineal gland. If you consume organic foods and raw foods, this will be helpful in avoiding pesticides. You can also choose to remove meat from your diet to lessen your exposure to pesticides.

  • Tap Water

Your local water supply is probably filled with calcified substances, in addition to fluoride, which could cause pineal gland calcification. Drinking spring or distilled water will eliminate your need to drink tap water.

  • C.A.T.

The acronym SCAT is short for sugar, caffeine, alcohol & tobacco. Use of these products will drain your energy and allow dangerous toxins to build up within your body. If you can cut down your use of these, you will experience increased pineal gland activity and increased activity in the brain, as well.

  • Other Toxins

Anything you can’t find in nature, but expose your body to, can be toxic to it. This includes cleansers, air fresheners, mouthwash, deodorants, refined sugars, phenylalanine and artificial sweeteners. These can all lead to the development of calcification in the body.

  1. Remove any Existing Calcification from your Pineal Gland

Once you work to eliminate items that can cause pineal calcification from your daily life, you need to remove any existing calcium from within your body. You’ll need to be dedicated to the process in order to completely remove the effects, but you’ll notice positive results as you continue with this process.

These substances, when taken into your body, can help to remove calcification effects:

  • Activator X

This refers to the vitamins K1 & K2, which you can combine with vitamins A and D3 to create a substance that detoxifies your body. It is helpful in restoring the balance of enzymes in the body, which removes calcium from your arteries and relocates it to your bones, where it is needed.

  • MSM

MSM is very helpful to the human body. It helps your body to deal with many negative medical conditions, including, but not limited to, muscle cramps, muscle pain, tendon swelling, joint inflammation, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation, osteoarthritis and chronic pain. It CAN be taken in high doses of 7,000 to 10,000 mg per day, but you need to start with smaller doses and work your way up.

  • Melatonin

It is sometimes noted that melatonin is helpful in removing fluoride from the body. You should get adequate exercises as well, in order to get the most from melatonin supplements.

  • Boron

If you add 1/4 or a teaspoon of boron to tea, or eat organic beets daily, they can help in cleansing your pineal gland. It should only be consumed throughout your day in small quantities.

  • Raw Chocolate

Cacao (raw chocolate) is full of antioxidants, which help to detoxify your pineal gland and stimulate it to perform properly.

  • Iodine

You can take iodine supplements to remove sodium fluoride and deplete the supply of calcium in your body. Like boron, iodine should only be consumed in relatively small amounts. Otherwise, iodine can affect the health of your bones.

  • Garlic

Garlic is helpful in dissolving calcium from your body. You can eat from half a bulb up to two bulbs a day to detox your pineal gland. Eat it fresh or soak it in apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice.

  • Distilled Water

Drinking lots of water with no fluoride is helpful in flushing away toxins that otherwise could add to the calcification of your pineal gland.

  • Citric Acid

If you consume raw lemons or citric acid before you eat, this aids in the detoxification of your pineal gland. You can combine them with spring water, as too much acid is not healthy for your teeth.

  • Others

Apple cider vinegar has malic acid that detoxifies your pineal gland. Oregano oil and neem extract break down the calcium in the gland, as well. Tamarind pulp, bark or leaves help in flushing fluoride out of your body, through the urine.
